KIZAD-KHALIFA INDUSTRIAL ZONE

Although the KIZAD Khalifa industrial zone does not offer entirely remote registration, you only need to visit its office once, either in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

After 60 days from the date of company establishment, proof of a minimum share capital of 26,000 AED must be deposited into your corporate account.

Documents required for setup:

  • A copy of your international passport.
  • Photo the size of a passport
  • Bank reference or statement.
  • Business model and a CV.
KIZAD Residence Visas

The visa process in KIZAD free zone can begin only when a company’s corporate account has been established and a deposit of 26,000 AED has been made. Both business owners and staff have three-year visas.

 You can only get a medical checkup and apply for an Emirates ID in Abu Dhabi. It is necessary to have health insurance.

The cost of the basic insurance is around 800 AED.

 

KIZAD License Costs Corporate Amendments Liquidating a KIZAD Company

KIZAD is one of the most cost-effective zones in the UAE. The cost of a license starts at 11,000 AED, and this package includes one resident visa.

The cost of a warehouse starts at 350 AED per square meter per year.

Only the company's shareholders or a company representative with Power of Attorney can apply for amendments.

Amendments can be made in the following ways:

  • Shares are transferred.
  • Change in the name of the organization.
  • Managerial/Directorial Change.

The company can assign auditors to act as liquidators, and they must certify that the company has no market liabilities.

Prior to the liquidation, all resident visas and corporate bank account must be closed.

This process costs 2,625 AED and takes a month to complete.
